Project Overview:
IMCON Developers (OPC) Private Limited has been entrusted with the repair and maintenance of the Officers’ Rest House (ORH) and Railway Staff Colony located in Manali, as part of the Indian Railways’ infrastructure enhancement initiative.
This project focuses on restoring, modernizing, and maintaining residential and operational facilities for railway staff and officers, ensuring enhanced safety, comfort, and long-term usability in a region with challenging terrain and climatic conditions.
Scope of Work Includes:
- Civil Repairs And Strengthening: Structural restoration of existing buildings including beams, slabs, roofs, and masonry works to reinforce durability.
- Interior And Exterior Renovation: Comprehensive plastering, painting, flooring, and false ceiling upgrades for functional and aesthetic improvement.
- Plumbing And Sanitation Overhaul: Replacement of outdated pipelines, installation of new sanitary fixtures, and drainage optimization.
- Electrical System Maintenance: Modernization of wiring, fixtures, distribution boards, and implementation of electrical safety measures.
- Roof Waterproofing And Insulation: Advanced treatment to prevent leakage and improve thermal insulation in the region’s cold weather.
- Pathways And Common Area Development: Repair and beautification of walkways, boundary walls, street lighting, and landscaped zones.
Project Objective
