Project Overview:
As part of its ongoing commitment to infrastructure upkeep and staff welfare, IMCON Developers (OPC) Private Limited is undertaking the comprehensive repair and maintenance of the Officers’ Rest House (ORH) and Railway Staff Colony in Chandigarh.
This project aims to revitalize and upgrade existing railway accommodations to meet modern standards of safety, comfort, and functionality — ensuring better living conditions for both officers and staff.
Scope of Work Includes:
- Structural Repairs: Restoration of walls, columns, beams, and roofs to reinforce structural integrity and extend service life.
- Plastering And Painting: Internal and external surface finishes for improved aesthetics and weather resistance.
- Plumbing And Sanitation Upgrades: Replacement and repair of pipelines, sanitary fixtures, and drainage systems to ensure hygiene and efficiency.
- Electrical Maintenance: Modernization of wiring, switchgear, lighting fixtures, and installation of safety equipment.
- Waterproofing Solutions: Application of modern techniques to prevent seepage and water damage on roofs, basements, and walls.
- Flooring And Tiling Work: Refurbishment of common areas and living quarters with high-durability materials.
- External Area Beautification: Landscaping, pathway repairs, and improved lighting in colony premises for a better living environment.
