Project Overview:
As part of the prestigious Udhampur–Srinagar–Baramulla Rail Link (USBRL) project in Jammu And Kashmir, IMCON Developers (OPC) Private Limited has been entrusted with the External Development Work for 100 Residential Quarters in Katra, a strategically important location near the rail corridor.
Scope of Work Includes:
- Site Development And Land Grading: Preparing the site for construction with earthworks, leveling, and stabilization.
- Internal Roads And Pathways: Construction of access roads, footpaths, and circulation routes within the complex.
- Drainage And Sewerage Networks: Installation of underground stormwater drains, sewage systems, and manholes for effective water management.
- Boundary Walls And Security Infrastructure: Building secure perimeters and access gates for safety and controlled entry.
- Water Supply And Storage Systems: Underground and overhead water tank construction, distribution lines, and plumbing infrastructure.
- Electrical And Street Lighting Systems: Laying electrical ducts, cabling, poles, and energy-efficient lighting for external spaces.
- Landscaping And Green Development: Creating open green spaces, tree planting, garden beds, and recreational landscaping for community living.
